Just washed my truck at the Scotia self serve site in bay 3 and when I turned it to the brush, no soap at all came out of the brush. I basically washed my truck with just a wet brush. Very unhappy and disappointed.

Had an issue with the touchless car wash and the guy ran me through again. Emailed the company and Sebastian got back to be right away. Very courteous person to talk to on the phone and I will be signing up for the tunnel wash for my truck. Self serve and touch free work great for my challenger but my truck will benefit from the tunnel service. All in all a great place to wash your vehicle, they also Pre soak your vehicle before running it through which Iβve noticed at some other car washes they donβt. Always friendly staff as well. Thanks again for great customer service.

I didn't want anything touching my new car, so this was the quickest alternative. The whole thing is automated, and you have to make sure you enter really slow so that your rims/tire get a good cleaning. 4 stars for the price, which was 29 bucks, but it was a higher grade, hot wax wash.

Updated to add that I went through the regular wash, not touch free and it did a much better job!! Did a horrible job on the car! Don't waste your money. And now I need to spend more money to finish the job! Edited to add that nothing was "caked" onto the car.... also, the entire lift gate was left dirty. I mean, the pictures speak for themselves.

Awesome carwash, great vacuums. Located in a quiet area of Scotia. Your choice of an automatic carwash or four self service bays. A++
